Ayahuasca
Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine used for healing and insight.
In the Shipibo tradition ceremonies are guided through icaros, sacred healing songs sung by the maestros that help guide and harmonise the energetic process during ceremony.
Each person’s experience with the medicine is unique.
Temazcal (Sweat Lodge)
Temazcal is a traditional sweat lodge ceremony. It takes place inside a dome shaped structure representing the womb of the earth.
Through heat, breath and prayer it supports purification, grounding and emotional release.
Despacho Ceremony
Despacho is an Andean offering ceremony dedicated to Pachamama or Mother Earth.
Through flowers, seeds and symbolic elements gratitude and intention are offered in reciprocity with the earth.
Coca Leaf and Plant Walks
During the retreat we also spend time connecting with the plants and natural environment of the Sacred Valley.
